How to Order

Please read the Terms and conditions first and the product safety information and only order if you are happy with them.

The FAQ may help with any questions that you have about the parts on offer.

Orders accepted from UK and everywhere else.

Note that the shipping costs quoted are for UK only.

Due to international complications and trade problems in sending finished goods and the rocketing price of postage/shipping please email for a shipping estimate to your location.  Please note that you will be responsible for any customs/import charges.  Application of these charges to 'low-value-items' is seemingly randomly applied by some authorities.

The FAQ link has a 'Contact us' form; please use this to let me know what you would like to order and where you would like it to be delivered.  I will then work out the price of your order.  If possible I will see if there is a cheaper but slower way (Slow Boat) and a premium service and let you know both options.

After looking at the cost of accepting money via the internet, the easiest way is to pay by digital banking. "Bank transfer in advance".  This means a bit of work on your part to set up the payment, but it does mean what we are not paying someone to take money from you and pass it to me.

When you complete your order the account details to make the payment are on the "Thank you for your order" screen. Mention the order number in your reference please.

For some reason Bank transfer in advance is not the default option - bear this in mind when you come to the checkout.

You can also pay by Card if you really want to. For low cost items this takes a chunk from the payment that is received at this end. This has become the default option but it is not my choice.

Don't forget that any sales tax or import charges and other  surcharges that are added on when things cross borders are not included in the price paid, and you could be asked to pay these by agencies at your end.  Sorry about that - it is out of my control.
